Hag Dyke October 2017 By Callum D on 2 October 2017 (updated 4 March 2022) In public Light Blue Troop / Great weekend at Hag Dyke with the scouts demonstrating their map reading skills during Saturday’s hike. They also completed a series of fun team building challenges working within their patrols – a blind folded water carry, lead mine weigh in, and hypothermia simulation! The scouts particularly enjoyed the sneaking wide game on Saturday night! Then on Sunday, Lyra and Nathan, two of our patrol leaders, prepared and then held an excellent “scouts own” service in the highest chapel in England. The next Hag Dyke weekend will be held on 12th – 14th January 2018.
