Hag Dyke Volunteers By Callum D on 1 November 2022 (updated 1 November 2022) In HagDyke, Public / Tags: Hag Dyke, hagdyke / Hag Dyke is run almost entirely by volunteers. The wardens assist and supervise our visitors to make sure that they get the most out of the experience and leave the hostel in the best possible state for the next party. Many, but not all are already Scout leaders. The only qualification is a practical nature and a diplomatic approach. There is a larger group who contribute their time and skills to maintaining the property. The best introduction to either role is to take part in one of the two full weekend working parties usually held in September and April.
