Important information for Parents 7 March 2014 (updated 4 March 2022) | By Callum D Please seem below for important information about Winter Camp and the next Scout meeting. Winter Camp 8th & 9th March 2014 Unfortunately, due to a lack of interest the Winter Camp on 8th & 9th March is cancelled. This is a decision we regret, but with only 20% of Scouts attending it is not viable for us to run the camp. All Scouts who had signed up to the camp will recieve a refund at the next meeting. This is not a decision we have taken lightly, and are sorry to dissapoint those Scouts who have committed to the camp. Next Scout meeting Friday 14th March 2014 As the Scout Hut has now been handed over to the contractors to commence the demolishion of the existing building and the construction of the new Scout Hut we have no meeting venue for this week, Friday 7th March 2014. The next Scout meeting will be on Friday 14th March at St John’s Church Hall in Ben Rhydding. Please keep an eye on the web site (www.1stbenrhyddingscouts.org.uk) over the comming few months whilst we have no regular meeting venue, as arrangements may change.
